As
an MPN Loan Officer you will have a simple process
to follow in order to complete your client’s mortgage and
get compensated for your efforts. MPN has developed
the “Quick App” system to make the loan process as
simplified as possible for both you and your client.
Step
1: Identify a client that needs or wants a mortgage loan.
Step
2: Give the client the “Mortgage Terms/Product
Overview” sheet and answer any questions that he/she may
have.
Step
3: Have the client fill out the Quick App. This will
help you and your Mortgage Specialist identify what type of loan
is best suited for your client.
Step
4: Have the client sign the credit report authorization
form.
Step
5: Work with your Mortgage Specialist in determining
the most suitable loan program(s) for your client based on their
Quick App and credit report.
Step
6: Present the loan program(s) to the client that you
and your Mortgage Specialist have identified and explain the monthly
payments and rates.
Step
7: Your Mortgage Specialist will send to you via overnight
delivery a pre-populated mortgage application and disclosure forms.
The application and forms will be highlighted in the places your
client(s) will need to sign. Accompanying this package will be
a list of items you must get from the client e.g., W-2’s,
pay stubs, tax returns, etc. Once you have collected all the necessary
information from the client and the application & disclosures
have been signed, you will send the package back to us.
At this point your job is complete!

8: MPN will have the loan processed and cleared to close.
You can check the loan status on our website with your assigned
user ID and your chosen password.
Step
9: The loan closes.
Step
10: You get paid!
