McDonald's Supporting Guatemala

McDonald's, in order to support the Guatemalan Coffee economy and to encourage the national coffee comsuption, has opened the first McCaffe in Guatemala City, offering delicious hot and cold coffee beverages. The coffee corner is a expanding experience, since McDonald's is about to open the second McCaffe, guatemalans will have another choice to relax along with a cup of Guatemalan Coffee characterized by its exquisit flavor, aroma, body and acidity.

McDonald's has entrusted the McCaffe personnel training to the Guatemalan Coffee School, where they learned about the origins of coffee, cupping different coffee types and to brewed different coffee beverages. The Guatemalan Coffee School seeks to improve the coffee culture and to encourage the national coffee consumption by teaching the correct coffee brewing as well as in delicious disserts and salad dishes.
